When we were looking for a company to host our site and do some changes and redesigning, we came across a site designed by Alpha Wolf Technologies. We were impressed, so we contacted them. From our first conversation with Matt, the owner, we felt confident they understood our needs. Matt told us how important customer service was and we felt the same way. Their attitude of "we will get it work until you are satisfied" was what we wanted to hear. So far we have had many changes added and taken from our site and their team has followed up in a fast and courteous manner. Even if they can't do something right away, they give us a call or e-mail and let us know - a very hard-to-find quality in most businesses these days. One of the projects Alpha Wolf did for us was to build the Gustavo Cosmetics webstore. This meant a lot of interacting with Alpha Wolf's technical gurus; Walter from example, was very patient with us and made sure we understood everything he was doing. He would take the time and answer any question we had concerning the site. We have come across some other companies in the past whose technical people aren't that helpful and willing to explain how a site works. Walter is always willing to help with any changes or answer any questions you may have - a major advantage to any company. We are constantly changing things on our site and due to the nature of the products and stream of new items. We need a web company with as much flexibility as we give our customers. In 2002, when B R E Construction, LLC was ready to upgrade our computer system, we enlisted the services of Alpha Wolf Technologies. Not being very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of computers, we relied on the expertise of Matthew Fitzberger of AWT. He provided our company with a computer system that has the capability of growing as we grow. Since that time we have added two remote access laptop computers and this service was also provided by AWT. We have had this system since November of 2002 and been very pleased. We would highly recommend Alpha Wolf Technologies.
Also in the middle of August 2003, after finding out from Matthew that his company also did web site design and hosting, we decided to expand and acquire a web site from his business as well. I have to say that we have so far not been disappointed by AWT or its hard working staff. They work well and it's good to find a well rounded company that offers everything we need under one roof.
